1- La société Spielgelau, représentée par Ravinet d'Arc, allie tradition et innovation pour créer des verres en cristal d’exception. Une dégustation nous permettra de découvrir combien le verre influence les sensations en bouche.
2- Notre Alumni Cathleen Clarity, promo 1997 qui nous présentera son nouveau livre "La cuisinière des Kennedy - livre de recettes".

We will have two GUESTS:
1. Spiegelau, represented by Ravinet d'Arc, blends tradition and innovation in crystal glassmaking. We will taste some wine and will discover how the glass shapes the wine experience.
2. Our alumna Cathleen Clarity, Class of 1997, will be with us to celebrate the release of her book “La cuisinière des Kennedy – Cookbook”.
