My name is Baptiste LEFFONDRE and I’m actually in my second year of Master of Science in Hospitality Management at Ferrandi Paris – Rennes campus this September.
After a rewarding gap year filled with learning and growth, I’m ready to take the next step in my academic and professional journey. This program will allow me to deepen my knowledge of the hospitality industry, strengthen my managerial skills, and continue building meaningful connections in this inspiring field.
I've completed a number of training courses that have led me into the world of work, such as F&B Coordinator at the Plaza Athénée, Business Developer at the world's second-largest spirits company, CAMPARI, Accountant at Samsic Emploi.
I was in Mexico for 5 months, learning about business English, sales and marketing strategy and leadership.
